The Role

The Part Time Customer Service Team Member plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences as the primary point of contact for customers. This involves meeting and greeting visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude, providing accurate information and directions, and anticipating customer needs to resolve complaints and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create lasting impressions
  • Anticipate and meet customer needs to resolve complaints and exceed expectations
  • Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
  • Deliver outcomes of the highest quality and maintain a positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adequate flexibility and availability to work across a 7-day week, including Public Holidays
  • Full NSW Drivers Licence is essential for Valet parking duties
