About Our Role

We are seeking a dedicated Client Services Manager to lead our holistic advice department. This role requires strong leadership skills, with experience in client services and team development.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike, and possess the ability to implement effective workflows and processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Team Leadership & Development: Train and mentor client services professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Client Experience Enhancement: Implement strategies to optimise client satisfaction, gather feedback, and tailor services to client needs.
  • Workflow & Process Optimisation: Develop and streamline client workflows, ensuring smooth onboarding and proactive issue resolution.
  • Work in Progress Management: Implement tracking systems, monitor progress, and resolve bottlenecks to meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Stakeholder & Adviser Collaboration: Strengthen communication between client service staff and advisers, organizing regular meetings to enhance teamwork.
  • Operations & IT Integration: Work closely with IT and Operations teams to implement compliant, technology-driven processes via CRM.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Define and analyse KPIs to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements include:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in client services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong relationship management skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimise workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Tech-savviness and proficiency in client management software and reporting tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Focused on achieving and exceeding goals.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
