We seek a skilled physiotherapist to join our team and provide high-quality care services to older adults. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing tailored therapy programs.
About the Role- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and create individualised treatment plans that cater to clients' unique needs.
- Deliver hands-on therapy and develop exercise programs that promote mobility and independence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal client outcomes and well-being.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and client progress.
- Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Be registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Agency (AHPRA).
- Prior experience working with older adults is preferred but not essential.
- Obtain a National police clearance certificate.
- Hold a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Make a positive impact on the lives of older adults through high-quality care services.
- Work within a collaborative team environment with high staffing ratios, promoting excellent patient care and support.
