**Job Opportunity:** Field Service Trainee

This is a unique pathway to a long-lasting career in gaming entertainment.

We are hiring female service technicians for hands-on training and support. No experience is necessary - we will provide the training you need every step of the way.

The training program offers first-hand experience in the field, working alongside experienced technicians and learning about:

- Servicing gaming machines
- Carrying out remedial and preventative maintenance
- Scheduled works such as installation and modification of gaming machines
- Delivering exceptional customer service

You will have the chance to rotate through different areas, including:

In the field with our experienced technicians
- Visiting venues
- Creating relationships with our customers
- Completing technical work on our gaming machines

In our Integration Centre
- Work on our production line assembling our machines
- Get involved with the games and systems team
- Spend some time in our repair centre

This is a fantastic opportunity to network with like-minded women in the program and gain a qualification that can lead to a permanent role.

About You

We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals who are ready to learn. You will need:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Great problem-solving skills
- Interest in the gaming industry
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Currently hold a valid driver's licence
