Are you a skilled maintenance professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Maintenance/Handyperson.

**Job Description**

\

We are seeking someone who is responsible, reliable and has excellent problem-solving skills. As a Maintenance/Handyperson, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing routine maintenance tasks and addressing any issues that may arise.

\

Your duties will include:

\
  • Assisting with general maintenance of the property and equipment
  • Managing garbage disposal and maintaining cleanliness standards
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of scheduled checks and completing tasks as required
  • Performing driving duties for company vehicles (as needed)
  • Liaising with the gardening team to ensure seamless operations
\

**Key Requirements**

\

To succeed in this role, you will need:

\
  • A Certificate III or equivalent experience in a related field (desirable)
  • Be vaccinated against Influenza and Covid-19
  • Hold a current Police Screening Certificate and First Aid & CPR Certificates
  • Demonstrated experience in stock management and basic administration
  • Good computer and mobile device skills
