Job Title: Cloud Solutions Manager

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Manager to lead our team in delivering complex cloud-based solutions to our global enterprise customers. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for managing large-scale projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding customer expectations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-based solutions that meet or exceed customer requirements
  • Develop and execute project plans, including scope definition, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Liaise with customers, internal stakeholders, and partners to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Maintain excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate project progress and results to various audiences

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of external or internal customer-facing experience in complex and large-scale project management
  • 5+ years of IT platform implementation experience in a technical and analytical role
  • 7+ years of experience working in an IT Professional Services or consulting organization supporting Global companies
  • PMP-ACP Certification or Scrum Master Certification
  • AWS Experience and Certifications
