Job Description

This role offers a dynamic environment with frequent travel throughout Queensland. A company vehicle or allowance is provided to facilitate this.

This varied and autonomous position forms part of our Onsite Industrial team, working across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of stock and deliveries to customer sites.
  • Ensure accurate entry into our system, valuation, photography, and online uploading of items.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to vendors and buyers.
  • Conduct thorough checks of catalogues to guarantee correct asset advertisement.
Benefits

Frequent travel to customer sites throughout Queensland is required. Regular communication with key contacts regarding reserves, valuations, releases, referrals, and marketing options will be necessary to develop and maintain vendor relationships.

Liaise with site managers and external stakeholders as needed. Goods coming into the facility will need to be unloaded, and purchased goods loaded onto transport after auction.
