Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to own the insights, shape the strategy, and lead the change as a proactive and confident Customer Experience Insights Manager.

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Marketing & Customer Experience and take charge of the Medallia CX platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the customer feedback program using Medallia or similar platforms
  • Analyse data to identify customer pain points and improvement opportunities
  • Design and deliver targeted training sessions in person, online, or via leadership teams
  • Drive customer experience initiatives and champion the customer voice across the business
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to embed CX insights into everyday operations
  • Oversee program costs, reporting, and external partner relationships
