Senior Nursing Operations Manager

Job Overview:
- This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team in a newly built hospital environment, promoting a culture of safety and quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing nursing staff, including recruitment, training, rostering, and performance management
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Monitoring patient outcomes, satisfaction scores, safety and quality KPIs
- Leading by example and promoting evidence-based nursing practices and patient safety
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Previous management experience in a hospital setting
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in evidence-based nursing practices and patient safety
