Key Responsibilities- Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience: Engage with customers through social media, online chat, email, inbound & outbound calling, and provide accurate and relevant information in an efficient manner.
- Meet Performance Targets: Meet qualitative and quantitative targets while being a shining example to everyone around you and a true ambassador.
- Work in a Performance Target Environment: Demonstrate a can-do positive attitude and enthusiasm while working in a performance target environment.
- Contact Centre Experience: Have experience working in a contact centre environment.
- Multichannel Enquiry Experience: Possess experience using multiple enquiry channels such as social media and chat.
- CX Mindset: Demonstrate a customer experience mindset and ability to work in a performance target environment.
