Job Title:

Aircraft Maintenance Professional

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the maintenance and certification of rotary-wing aircraft, in accordance with approved maintenance data, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Key duties include performing routine and non-routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, defect rectifications, and modifications. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for certifying aircraft as fit for service by issuing Certificates of Release to Service (CRS) upon completion of maintenance tasks.

The selected individual must adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with Occupational Health & Safety standards.

Furthermore, the Aircraft Maintenance Professional will be required to monitor and rectify any operational issues in a timely manner, coordinating with other operational teams to ensure safety and reliability.

Emergency response and crisis management may also be part of the job, depending on the situation.

Lastly, the successful applicant will be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records, including work performed, parts used, and compliance with airworthiness directives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in helicopter maintenance, with a strong operational and technical knowledge.
  • Possess minimum in Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and proficiency in using maintenance management systems.
  • Candidate is required to possess the following: B1.3 LAME, Related CASA Part 66 License and hold Current ASIC card or be eligible to hold Australian ASIC.
