Church Partnerships Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Church Partnerships Director to lead the development and growth of church partnerships in Victoria and regional centres. In this critical role, you will identify new opportunities for partnership and cultivate existing relationships to strengthen Compassion's global mission.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated leader with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the local church context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate, nurture, and grow existing church partnerships;
- Evaluate and develop initiatives aligned with national strategies;
- Work closely with other team members and departments to achieve strategic objectives;
- Plan and execute Compassion presentations at churches;
- Build relationships with volunteer presenters and facilitate increased engagement with Compassion's work.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in partnership development;
- In-depth knowledge of the local church context;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders;
- Knowledge of philanthropic and fundraising landscape;
- Experience in Christian Organisations and For Purpose sector.
