We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our high-performing Legal team, focusing on supporting the Retail business, the Gaming services business and our support functions such as procurement and technology. This is a great opportunity for a lawyer who's eager to gain broad commercial exposure while also having the opportunity to advise on more specialist issues such as privacy and emerging technology. You'll work on a full spectrum of advisory and transactional matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Provide legal advice on regulatory compliance governance, and operational matters.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Legal team.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality legal support across the business.
  • Contribute to process improvement, knowledge sharing, and legal awareness within the organisation.

Key qualities:

  • Post-admission experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • A willingness to work across a broad range of legal issues, transactions, projects and business areas.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • An adaptable, proactive mindset and eagerness to keep developing your legal skills.

You will gain exposure to a wide range of legal matters in both retail, gaming, integrity and corporate support settings, with the opportunity to report to the General Counsel & Privacy Officer and to learn from experienced senior lawyers.
