Job Role Overview

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of end-to-end recruitment campaigns to meet client requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven track record in recruitment with 18 months of experience (agency or internal)
  • Organized individual with excellent time management skills to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • Demonstrated understanding of industry best practices and trends
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a results-driven environment with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Valid driver's license for potential travel requirements
