Smiling Mind is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Brand Designer to play a pivotal role in maintaining and evolving our visual representation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a creative individual to contribute to generational change in Australia's mental health through preventative initiatives. You will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop creative solutions across multiple channels, media, and campaigns.

The successful candidate will have advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills, experience in working from concept to finished artwork, and demonstrated strategic and creative thinking skills. They will also possess versatility of style and medium, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining the Smiling Mind brand book, brand guidelines, style guide, and visual identity
  • Working closely with stakeholders to conceptualise and execute creative requirements and outputs across all media
  • Creating templates for use across the team
  • Liaising with stakeholders and approvers for feedback
  • Supporting junior designers in allocated tasks and projects

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, have strong business acumen, a growth mindset, and willingness to learn. They will also have a warm, friendly, collaborative attitude and be dog-friendly.
