">The Role
">This position involves developing and executing procurement processes to drive effective sourcing strategies and contract management aligned with our company's priorities and business needs.
">- Conducting strategic sourcing projects and negotiations for assigned categories.
- Leading RFI and RFP processes.
- Managing supply base and stakeholders of existing agreements.
- Developing preferred supplier shortlists for assigned categories.
- Managing spend compliance and leakage reporting.
- Leading data collection efforts to understand and document current processes for labour hire and independent contractor engagement across our business units.
- Analyzing and evaluating existing processes, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Your Skills and Qualifications
">We expect you to have a degree or diploma in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain Management, along with extensive experience in procurement and supply chain.
">You should possess excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and previous experience using SAP Ariba is desirable.
