About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our construction projects from concept to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects to meet our high standards of quality, safety, and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment with our company's goals
* Manage and mentor a team of Site Managers and Foremen to ensure successful project execution
* Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular project progress reports and addressing any concerns
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a positive relationship with subcontractors
* Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and quality control plans

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
* Proven track record of success in previous roles
* Experience managing projects valued at $30m+
* Ability to manage and mentor in a collaborative and supportive manner
* Excellent organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and budgeting skills
* Good understanding of Occupational Safety and Health requirements
