Job Opportunity

Lead clinical operations in ambulatory care settings including oncology, haematology, palliative care, radiation nursing, and specialist programs.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee key clinical operations, drive service innovation, quality improvement, interdisciplinary care, and nurse-led research. Lead a dedicated nursing workforce of advanced practice nurses and contribute to shaping best-practice cancer care across Victoria.

Requirements

Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPRA. Master qualification in cancer/management or working towards. Minimum five years' experience in a senior nursing management or relevant health role.

Leadership Skills
  • Proven leadership in clinical settings with experience in governance frameworks, change management, emergency preparedness, and driving continuous quality improvement
  • Skilled in managing healthcare services efficiently, with expertise in budgeting, patient access and flow, and project execution in large, complex organisations

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to promote the organisation, engage stakeholders at all levels, and apply research to practice.
