About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at CQ Field Mining Services. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical engineering support to our mining projects, including cost control, Gantt updates, and quality assurance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite project engineering support, including cost control, Gantt updates, and quality assurance management.
- Contribute to the development of project plans, including quoting, tendering, and building Gantt charts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Perform basic engineering calculations and provide technical engineering support to project teams.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Project engineering experience, preferably in the mining industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Proficiency in MS Project, spreadsheets, and other relevant software.About Us
