About the Role

This role involves supporting individuals to regain independence, improve their quality of life, and reintegrate into the community and workforce.

You will be conducting comprehensive assessments and creating personalized rehabilitation plans to help individuals achieve their goals.

Using your clinical expertise, you will identify potential return to work pathways, perform assessments, and facilitate the return to work of claimants.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, their families, insurance companies, employers, and other healthcare professionals to evaluate physical, psychological, and social factors.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary level qualification as a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Provisional Psychologist (AHPRA), or Exercise Physiologist (ESSA)
  • Previous experience completing structured assessments is preferred or passion for supporting injured persons to identify strengths, transferable skills, and potential to establish a new career direction
  • Experience with complex case management and supporting clients to achieve return to life or return to work outcomes, despite challenging circumstances is beneficial
