Production Supervisor

About the Role
The Coles Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the manufacturing processes within our Chef Fresh function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and coaching team members, managing resources, and optimizing production to achieve business results.
About You and Your Skills
- A minimum 5-7 years' experience in a production supervisor or team leader role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
- Sound knowledge of food processing industry principles, including food safety, HACCP, and GMP.
- A trade qualification in Cookery or Cert IV in Food Processing is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of high-speed automatic food packaging machinery.
- Knowledge in production planning, stock control, and resourcing.
- Able to lead, develop, and inspire team members, building capability, driving accountability, and creating a great place to work in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
- Resilient with a proactive commitment to continuous improvement.
- Comfortable with shift work, weekend work, and early starts.
