We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join our team at Fuse Recruitment. As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and supporting your team to ensure all jobs are completed effectively and in a safe manner.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support your team to ensure all jobs are completed effectively and in a safe manner.
- Attend to any call outs and assist in breakdowns to ensure the plant is operational throughout production on a daily basis.
- Plan preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and fault finding.
- Perform HVAC maintenance, including inspecting, cleaning, testing, and repairing.
- Look after tablet, capsule, and blister packaging machines.
- Complete required paperwork.
- Conduct general site maintenance.
- Must be an Australian resident.
- Solid experience working as a mechanical/maintenance fitter.
- Must have a background experience in Pharmaceutical, ideally in complementary medicines.
- Experience in a leadership role.
- Previous experience working in a GMP/TGA environment.
- Comfortable working autonomously as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Mechanical aptitude and strong commitment to work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
