Automotive Restorations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Restorations Specialist to join our dynamic smash repair facility in Smithfield.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess the vehicle's damage to determine the most effective restoration method
  • Maintain and utilize the chassis crush appropriately
  • Treat company equipment with respect, mirroring your approach to personal tools
  • Inform the Parts Interpreter of any required parts not initially quoted on the estimate
  • Coordinate with other workshop personnel to ensure an optimized workflow
  • Notify of any product shortages hindering production
  • Daily review the schedule to guarantee timely completion
Requirements:
  • Trade-qualified professional
  • Proven experience in body repair
  • Ability to collaborate as part of a team while also working independently
  • Effective communication and decision-making skills
  • Mechanical knowledge to assist tool usage and maintenance
  • Technical aptitude
