Key Responsibilities
  • You report to the Distribution Centre Warehouse Operations Supervisor.
  • You pick, pack and ship orders in a timely manner as assigned by management.
  • You meet or exceed engineered metrics within each department i.e. units picked per hour.

As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for providing a supporting role to the Distribution Centre operations. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and the Warehouse Operations Supervisor to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

A Day in the Life
  • You adapt to third party technologies (RF Guns and Voice Picking).
  • You support and perform audits during inventory counts.
  • You encourage and maintain a safe work environment.
  • You are adaptable to a busy, noisy and occasionally hot/cold environment.
  • You occasionally lift product or boxes up to 20kgs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills in picking, packing, and shipping orders. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and organized workspace, adhering to warehouse floor policies and safety measures.
