This position plays a key part in the successful facilitation of IT Service Delivery and Support in Hotels and Corporate Offices.

About the Role

  • This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless IT Service Delivery and Support across all locations.
  • You will be a member of the IT Management Team, identifying and supporting the development of all IT initiatives across all IT teams.
  • You will also support and represent the Department Executive at internal and external meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of the region, including oversight of Service Desk operations and Regional Engineer teams.
  • Ensure resources are in place to provide an excellent level of IT Service Delivery and Support.
  • Provide technical guidance to Service Desk and Regional Engineer teams.
  • Review, Develop, Expand, and Implement processes to help teams identify user requirements and define potential solutions.
  • Provide performance reporting and feedback to the teams as required.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contractual obligations.
  • Management and ownership of the resolution of escalated support incidents.
  • Ensure data integrity and security of all corporate and hotel data.
  • Work closely with Customer Technology Services team to successfully plan and implement projects for hotels.
  • Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with executives, decision-makers, department heads, and end users.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years management experience in a similar role.
  • Proven team management experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite.
  • Strong strategic and business mindset.
  • Strong understanding and experience in the area of IT Service Delivery.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations.
  • Excellent knowledge of IT Systems and Infrastructure.
