Product Service Engineer Job

This Product Service Engineer role involves ensuring the optimal performance of technical assets and supporting activities within an automated picking solution warehouse.

You will specialise in organising modifications, corrective maintenance, and performance improvements of equipment. Reporting to a Maintenance Manager, you will provide expert advice on system performance and promote continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to minimise downtime and ensure optimal system performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and develop new methods to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to strategic plans to enhance service delivery and support centre goals.
  • Mentor junior technicians and support their professional growth.
About This Role
  • The ideal candidate should have a degree or diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Proficient in CMMS/WMS/WCS and industry-related software is necessary.
  • A strong analytical skillset for data interpretation and diagnostics is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this position.
