Job Opportunity

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to fill multiple leadership positions in security. As a Security Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security of our business operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results and contributing to the success of our team.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement security processes and guidelines in support of policy and standards requirements.
  • Supervise all aspects of operational security for the business area in line with local security strategy, policies, standards and best practice.
  • Review and improve frameworks and functional processes aimed at developing and enhancing best practices and integrating efficient security solutions for the security environment.
  • Manage security risk assessments and mitigation strategies in line with Australia standards and policy.
  • Support and manage the security incident process, ensuring timely reporting and coordinated security investigations.
  • Manage, develop and support a team of security professionals.
  • Support and manage operational security compliance activities.
Requirements
  • Australian citizenship.
  • Negative Vetting Level 2 Defence Security clearance required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Experience in security and/or a defence industry role, including sound knowledge of the Defence Security Principles Framework (DSPF).
  • Ability to demonstrate understanding and experience in relation to the implementation of security policy and process.
  • Working knowledge of Cyber Security Policy and standards.
  • Sound knowledge of Physical, Personnel and Information Security.
  • Must hold or be able to gain a current Department of Defence Certificate in Security Officer Training.
