Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts through regular contact and on-site visits.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing expert advice and support to meet their needs.
  • Promote new products and services to add value for accounts and drive business growth.
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience from order to delivery.
  • Manage customer contracts, including renewals and amendments, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Analyse account profitability and take action to meet minimum profitability targets.
  • Monitor budgets and develop strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Utilise sales tools and software to effectively track activities and report on progress.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing management role, ideally within the healthcare or home oxygen sectors.
  • Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage profitability and budgets.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
  • A firm understanding of contract management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using a range of software applications, including Sales Tools, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems.
  • A strong commitment to safety, compliance, and quality standards.
