
Customer Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled Customer Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts through regular contact and on-site visits.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing expert advice and support to meet their needs.
- Promote new products and services to add value for accounts and drive business growth.
- Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Lead internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience from order to delivery.
- Manage customer contracts, including renewals and amendments, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Analyse account profitability and take action to meet minimum profitability targets.
- Monitor budgets and develop strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Utilise sales tools and software to effectively track activities and report on progress.
About You:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing management role, ideally within the healthcare or home oxygen sectors.
- Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage profitability and budgets.
- Highly organised, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
- A firm understanding of contract management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using a range of software applications, including Sales Tools, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems.
- A strong commitment to safety, compliance, and quality standards.
