About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Analyst, where you will be responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders and internal technical business units to define target outcomes, gather requirements, support technical designs, and secure business buy-in to solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Elicit and document business processes using tools such as Visio or Miro to construct rich pictures, swim lanes and Entity Relationship Diagrams.">
  • Review and analyse business requirements, gaps and rules required to implement identified projects and initiatives - working closely with business stakeholders, SMEs and IM team.">
  • Collaborate on scope options and support initial technical design and delivery of solutions.">
  • Analyse system design, workflows, processes and business models and make recommendations.">

  • An analytical mindset and attention to detail combined with excellent problem-solving skills.">
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.">
  • A collaborative approach to your work.">
  • An understanding and appreciation of working within Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks.">
  • Experience in ServiceNow and Pega.">
