Job Description

Role Overview

This role is perfect for someone who loves movies, enjoys interacting with customers, and is eager to learn and grow. As a key member of our team, you'll provide excellent customer service, maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and contribute to the seamless operation of our cinema complexes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the cinema complex.
  • Prepare food and beverages for sale, following strict quality and presentation standards.
  • Conduct ticket checks, including online check-in procedures, while providing assistance to customers.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Undertake minor maintenance and repairs as required.
  • Lost property maintenance.
  • Attend and complete mandatory training sessions as designated by EVT.

Requirements

For this role, you'll need to possess basic maths and English skills. Previous experience in the entertainment, retail, or hospitality industry is desirable but not essential. Training will be provided to help you succeed in this position.
