About the Role

The Personal Assistant to the Unit Manager is a critical role within Central Coast Council, responsible for ensuring the Unit Manager has all necessary information and documentation to make informed decisions.

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can coordinate a high volume of tasks, correspondence, reports, and presentations across the Unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Unit Manager, including coordinating tasks, correspondence, and reports
  • Coordinate presentations and other materials for the Unit Manager
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure tasks are delivered on time
  • Provide quality customer service and create value for the community
Requirements
  • Certificate III qualification in Business Administration or related field
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar senior manager support role in a large-sized organization
  • Demonstrated experience in consultation, negotiation, and conflict resolution

  • Salary range: $72k - $86.3k plus 11.5% superannuation
  • Permanent full-time role
  • 9 day fortnight
