Job Title: Coordinator, Commercial Services
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of all associated operations including accommodation, conferencing and print services. This will involve working closely with the management team to develop, implement and monitor processes and system solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Supervising and coordinating a team to achieve business objectives.
- Providing excellent client/customer services in supporting a range of stakeholders.
- Implementing, monitoring and evaluating changes in systems and processes.
- Liaising with different functional teams and clients to establish project plans and priorities.
- Ensuring prompt customer service relating to enquiries regarding services, processes, fees and charges.
