Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Consultant to join our Craigieburn team. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge to drive sales opportunities and create memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Create the optimal Nick Scali experience by providing personalized attention to customers.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Utilize your product knowledge and selling skills to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
  • Process Orders Efficiently: Ensure accurate completion of sales order paperwork and internal documentation for timely order processing.
  • Maximize Sales Opportunities: Employ effective selling techniques, including room solutions and add-on sales, to increase revenue.
  • Maintain Showroom Standards: Collaborate with the Showroom Manager to uphold showroom standards, including visual merchandising and pricing accuracy.
Requirements
  • Previous Sales Experience: Ideally, you have sales experience in furniture or high-value items such as jewellery, cars, bedding, luxury goods, or travel.
  • Positive Attitude and Enthusiasm: Demonstrate a positive attitude and enthusiasm, especially during busy periods.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Open to Feedback and Eager to Learn: Display a growth mindset and be open to feedback and eager to learn.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills: Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Salary Range
