Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse at our facility, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based nursing care to our patients. You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.

  • Nursing Care: Deliver evidence-based nursing care to our patients, taking into account their individual needs and circumstances.
  • Liaison: Liaise with our multi-disciplinary team to ensure that our patients receive comprehensive care.
  • Patient Safety: Ensure that our patients receive safe and effective care.
  • Team Management: Supervise, direct, and guide nursing team members to ensure that they have the support and resources they need to provide high-quality care.
  • Educational Support: Provide educational support to individuals/patients to help them manage their health recovery, rehabilitation, or end-of-life needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You will also need to have a strong understanding of nursing principles and practices, as well as the ability to apply them in a variety of situations.

In addition, you will need to have the ability to work autonomously and make sound judgments in complex situations.
