Job Title: Senior Family Lawyer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Family Lawyer to join our vibrant and dynamic team at AFL Recruitment. As a leading recruitment agency in the field of Family Law, we are committed to finding the best candidates for our clients. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Family Law, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing their own clients and files. The successful candidate will have excellent technical knowledge of Family Law and the Family Law Act, with proven ability to take carriage of their own files from start to finish and solid court/advocacy experience. We are looking for someone who is highly adaptable, client-centric, hands-on, proactive, and results-focused. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

About the Role

  • Manage your own clients and files, including divorce/separation, family violence, property/financial settlements, parenting/custody/child support/adoption cases.
  • Take carriage of your own files from start to finish, including initial consultations, drafting and lodging court documents, and representing clients in court.
  • Work closely with our team to provide excellent service to our clients and achieve high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Family Law, with a strong background in managing their own clients and files.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of Family Law and the Family Law Act.
  • Proven ability to take carriage of their own files from start to finish and solid court/advocacy experience.
  • Highly adaptable, client-centric, hands-on, proactive, and results-focused.
  • Motivated and organized individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
