Decision Support Specialist Role

This exciting opportunity involves leading business intelligence and analytics initiatives to drive organisational improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, streamline processes and contribute to impactful projects.

  • Develop actionable insights through data-driven decision making.
  • Design, develop and maintain dashboards and reports using advanced tools.
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to optimise workflows while monitoring key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead initiatives combining BI and BA to address complex challenges and opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, patterns and opportunities.
  • Design, develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, SSMS and Report Builder.
  • Facilitate workshops and presentations to align stakeholders on insights and strategies.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to define organisational data needs and priorities.
Requirements:
  • Strong data visualisation skills including ability to deliver clear, targeted and impactful user reports.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SSMA and Report Builder.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
