Key Responsibilities:- Install, maintain, and repair Arjo's range of medical equipment, including patient handling systems and diagnostic tools.
- Conduct routine scheduled servicing, including preventative and reactive maintenance, to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Provide technical solutions and support to customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate records of spare parts stock and equipment maintenance, utilizing our service ERP system.
- Ensure the safety and integrity of all serviced products, adhering to Company Policy and regulatory requirements.
- Proven mechanical and electronics problem-solving skills, with 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet performance targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in using small hand tools, soldering, power tools, and test/inspection equipment.
- A current WA driver's license (Class C) and full vaccination against COVID-19.
