As a Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care services within our vibrant and dynamic work environment. Working closely with the General Manager, you will assume leadership responsibilities and help ensure that care standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and monitor standards through regular audits and clinical practice
  • Develop and deliver strategic plans to achieve goals
  • Provide guidance and support to newly qualified nurses through preceptorship programs
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration
  • Teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification
  • Experience in supporting residents with diverse health needs
  • A proven track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments effectively
