Aesop seeks a skilled Assistant Counter Manager to drive the success and performance of one of its top-performing counters within department stores. This role involves leading a team of passionate Retail Consultants, working on the sales floor to train, nurture, and develop them to ensure they are equipped with the tools needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Counter Managers and Myer stakeholders to identify key opportunities for business growth and elevate sales and team performance.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive commercial outcomes in a retail or hospitality environment.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of effective selling skills and ability to drive commercial outcomes in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • History of successfully leading and coaching a team, creating an inclusive and psychologically safe work environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilise empathy to manage interpersonal relationships.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, commercial acumen, and merchandising skills.
