Retail Leadership Talent Coordinator

About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our retail leadership team. As a key member of our recruitment process, you will be responsible for building and maintaining talent pipelines across our national store network.
Your duties will include advertising, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding top retail talent. You will also identify and escalate any talent acquisition issues or opportunities to the relevant manager and specialist.
Requirements- Experience within a retail leadership position or similar working background;
- Recruitment or HR administration experience, preferred but not required;
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent prioritisation and ability to manage a high-volume workload;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- Professional approach when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
