Recruited Coaches are required to train Junior basketball teams, learn to play and Academy programs in various age groups ranging from 6 years old to 16 years old.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Training and coaching Junior basketball teams

2. Developing skills and strategies for players of all ages

3. Building a positive and supportive team culture

**Requirements**

1. A passion for basketball and a strong desire to share it with others

2. Availability on week nights for training and games on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
