About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Managing advisor diaries and scheduling client meetings
  • Using CRM to manage workflows and updates
  • Providing first-point-of-contact services for clients
  • Assisting with team tasks and general office duties
Requirements
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Previous experience with CRMs
Working Arrangements
  • X3 days per week or flexible days, school hours
