Campaign Officer Role:

Seeking a dedicated Campaign Officer to join our Canberra team. This is an exciting opportunity to support and deliver impactful campaigns.

  • Manage campaign social media accounts, including moderating and managing the community and sentiment, and responding to queries, questions, and issues.
  • Assess and analyse channel performance through data gathering to inform communication objectives and evaluate campaign success.
  • Create, implement, and coordinate social media posts, working with stakeholders to create engaging content and curate timely information.
  • Support the campaign team and wider communications branch to deliver programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in communication, journalism, public relations, and/or marketing.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing communication strategies.

• Ability to develop productive relationships and communicate across all levels of the organisation, delivering results under limited supervision.

• Demonstrated time management and planning skills, managing complex projects.

• Demonstrated experience interpreting and reporting on website traffic and online customer engagement metrics.

• Experience in government campaigns, media, or virtual assistants.

• Proficiency in social media platforms and services, publishing, and monitoring technology.
