Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Parts Sales Associate to meet the needs of our customers by providing exceptional customer service in the sale of heavy truck parts.

This role involves supporting and assisting customers with parts sales, both over the phone and face-to-face, while also providing parts to our Workshop team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service in the sale of heavy truck parts
  • Support and assist customers with parts sales (both over the phone and face-to-face)
  • Provide parts to the Workshop team
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge and interest in the heavy automotive industry
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong computer literacy skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
