Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive project management plan, ensuring that the specified quality of workmanship and finishes is being progressively achieved.
  • Take ownership and responsibility for the project budget, ensuring that project targets are achieved through effective liaison with site staff.
  • Formulate and amend the construction program as required, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status, providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders.
  • Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones, ensuring that the project stays on track.
  • Establish a cohesive project team with defined responsibilities for assigned projects, ensuring that all team members are equipped to perform their tasks effectively.
  • Mentor staff as required to effectively carry out their assigned tasks, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Requirements:
  • Trade or tertiary qualification in Construction, Engineering, or Building.
  • General Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card).
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Aged Care or Industrial experience preferred.
