Role Overview:

Supporter Services Coordinator
  • This is a part-time permanent position with 0.6 FTE.
  • The role will be based in Melbourne CBD.

You will increase your take-home pay by having access to salary packaging benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service support to donors and supporters.
  • Offer administrative assistance to the Fundraising team.

Your Key Tasks Include:

  • Responding to enquiries from supporters via phone and email as the first point of contact.
  • Processing donations on Salesforce and reconciling fundraising bank account statements.
  • Maintaining accurate records across fundraising systems.
  • Coordinating fundraising events and campaigns with the team.

About the Role:

You will bring the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in administration and/or customer services roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management systems such as Salesforce or similar databases.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong initiative, problem-solving and verbal communication skills.
