Property Preparation Coordinator

Job Description:

We're seeking a detail-oriented Property Preparation Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that properties are prepared for guest bookings.

Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate with suppliers to ensure that all properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness and condition.

You'll work closely with our supplier management team to schedule and complete regular property checks, identify any issues, and implement solutions to resolve them.

Additionally, you'll assist with recruitment and management of supplier relationships, engage with suppliers to ensure homes are correctly prepared and provisioned, and maintain quality control across all properties.

Effective communication is vital in this role, as you'll need to respond to host queries and internal communications from other teams in a timely and professional manner.

Contribute ideas to further improve processes and enhance the overall experience of Houst guests and hosts.
