Design Visionary Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Product Design Lead to spearhead the end-to-end design strategy for web and app experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for crafting seamless, inclusive, and delightful journeys for customers.

The successful individual will own the design vision, defining and driving UX and Product Design across discovery, engagement, checkout, and post-purchase for web and app. They will champion our design system, evolving and maintaining a scalable, consistent, and brand-aligned design system across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and execute the overarching design strategy, ensuring every touchpoint aligns with brand and customer experience goals.
  • Define and drive UX and Product Design across discovery, engagement, checkout, and post-purchase for web and app.
  • Evolve and maintain a scalable, consistent, and brand-aligned design system across all platforms.
  • Maintain and raise the bar for usability, accessibility, and conversion-optimised design.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a talented team of Product Designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and experimentation.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Insights, and Customer Service to deliver unified, customer-first experiences.

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in Product Design, UX, and mobile-first responsive design at scale.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of growing and uplifting design teams.
  • Experience collaborating across design, product, engineering, and brand functions.
  • Strategic thinking with a sharp eye for implementation detail—balancing short-term wins with long-term vision.
  • A passion for customer outcomes and a clear point of view on design's role in business success.
