Embark on a challenging role as a Director of Product Design, responsible for crafting intuitive experiences that drive user engagement and business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering impactful digital products, with a proven ability to use design to improve growth metrics. They should be comfortable running design experiments and iterating based on user data.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the design process for growth-oriented projects, spanning both marketing and product surfaces. The successful candidate will work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to define problems and goals, map user flows, prototype new interactions, and launch features that drive acquisition and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Optimise Key Customer Experiences: Create and optimise key customer pathways through our product, from engagement to conversion.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and growth/marketing leads to define problems and goals, map user flows, prototype new interactions, and launch features.
  • Champion Data-Driven Design: Analyse quantitative product and marketing funnel data to identify friction points and iterate on designs to improve key growth metrics.
  • Prototype and Execute: Translate wireframes into clickable prototypes and finished designs, ensuring consistency with our design system and brand.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in product design, with a strong track record of delivering impactful digital products.
  • Growth Experience: Proven ability to use design to improve growth metrics, with comfort running design experiments and iterating based on user data.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and a history of working closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
  • User-First Approach: Deep empathy for customers and a user-centered design mentality.
