The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to contract and legislative requirements, identifying and removing hazards from sites, and overseeing cleaning operations to maintain overall quality and service delivery.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and proactive individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct compliance inspections at government sites across Sydney Metro, Southwest Sydney, and North Coast regions.
- Prioritize workloads and meet deadlines while maintaining excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Identify and remove hazards from sites, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
- Oversee cleaning operations to maintain overall quality and service delivery.
- Meet the criteria of ISS Property Services P/L and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental legislation.
- Evaluate on-site compliance behaviors and support site teams in learning and development.
- Review and update site registers as required, including site risk assessments, chemical registers, and MSDS.
- Travel and work away from home within the contract areas as required.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Compliance with all health, safety, and environmental legislation, regulations, and codes of practice.
